As the organization is growing bigger, there will inevitably be a division of leadership positions. Therefore, by doing these divisions early, it is more likely that the volunteers will work harder. Not only is it easier to have a pre-designed division of labor (regionally vs quantitatively), but it's easier for outreach team to manage those who go to schools not already in partnership and then try to have them connect with the admins of their school (benefit of regionally vs quantitatively). We will only keep the pen pal alerts and matching on a national scale with a predesigned quantitative labor division as we do not have nursing homes in every state yet.
